Sisters’ Ministries

The Sisters of St. Francis of Tiffin, Ohio, work to support the People of God and strengthen the Catholic faith in rural and urban areas of Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky and West Virginia. Tiffin Franciscans also serve in peacemaking ministries in Hebron and in missions in Mexico.

Urban and rural ministries involve:

  • Evangelization
  • Pastoral ministry

  • Health care
  • Foster care
  • Shelter for victims of trafficking and abuse
  • Prison ministry
  • Child care
  • Environmental education
  • Emergency outreach for those needing food, clothing, shelter
